This information notice has been prepared as a legal obligation within the scope of Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, in order to inform you about the processing of your personal data.
DEFINITIONS
According to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698:
Explicit consent: Consent that is informed, specific to a particular subject, and freely given,
Data subject: The natural person whose personal data is processed,
Personal data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person,
Processing of personal data: Any operation performed on personal data such as collection, recording, storage, retention, alteration, reorganization, disclosure, transfer, acquisition, making available, classification, or prevention of use, whether fully or partially by automatic means or by non-automatic means provided that it forms part of a data recording system,
Data processor: A natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller based on the authority granted by the data controller,
Data recording system: A recording system in which personal data is structured and processed according to specific criteria,
Data controller: A natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.
1) IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER
Within the scope of Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, your personal data is processed by Farmateam | Farmasötik ve Tıbbi Ürünler Eğitim Araştırma Müşavirlik Ltd. Şti., which determines the purposes and methods of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system. Hereinafter, Farmateam | Farmasötik ve Tıbbi Ürünler Eğitim Araştırma Müşavirlik Ltd. Şti. will be referred to as the “Company”.
2) PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
This notice concerns the personal data of individuals who fill out the “Contact” form on the website. Your personal data, including your name, surname, email address, phone number, and message, will be processed for the purpose of conducting communication activities.
Such data will be processed based on the legal ground that processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
Please note that we do not request or process special categories of personal data (such as race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect, or other beliefs, appearance and dress, membership of associations, foundations or trade unions, health data, sexual life, criminal convictions and security measures, biometric and genetic data). If such data is voluntarily provided in the contact form, no responsibility will be assumed by the Company.
3) TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the personal data processing conditions set forth in the Law, your personal data may be shared, in line with the purposes specified above, with the Company’s direct or indirect affiliates, business partners, and suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, legally authorized private entities, judicial authorities or law enforcement agencies upon request.
4) METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be collected through channels such as call centers, application forms, website and contact forms, cookies, job application forms, and any written or verbal communications submitted to the Company.
These data are processed in accordance with the purposes specified in Article 2 of this notice and in compliance with the principles of lawfulness and fairness, based on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and following of the Law No. 6698, including:
a) Explicitly provided for by law,
b) Necessary to protect the life or physical integrity of a person who is unable to give consent due to actual impossibility,
c) Necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract,
ç) Necessary for the fulfillment of the legal obligations of the data controller,
d) Made public by the data subject,
e) Necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,
f) Necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
5) RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW
Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to:
Learn whether your personal data is processed,
Request information if your personal data has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately,
Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
Request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the Law,
Request notification of such actions to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
Object to the emergence of a result against you through analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
Request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.
To exercise your rights under the Law, you may submit your request to the Company by sending a signed written application with identity verification documents to Uğur Mumcu Caddesi No:82/4 Gaziosmanpaşa 06680 Ankara, Türkiye, or sending an email to info@farmacro.com . Your request will be finalized within 30 days at the latest.
